Our Children's Center will be a place for community! It will house our drop-in care center which will offer quality, caring childcare services while providing the parents/caregivers the opportunity to run errands, attend appointments, or just have a break. The care center will be available to children with special needs and their siblings. It wll be open to kids ages 2-12yrs old. The care center is not a long-term, full-time childcare solution. The Children's Center will also hold our afterschool classes. Our afterschool classes will provide children with special needs the opportunity to learn new skills, socialize with other kids, and have fun in a safe and nurturing environment.
The Rock will be a montesorri-like preschool for children with special needs. It will provide a safe and structured environment while allowing the child to learn at their own pace.
We know that finding long-term housing for adults living with special needs is a challenge! We envision creating a place where they can enjoy independant living in their own tiny home while also benefitting from structured routine, apprenticeship programs, ongoing education, and daily assistance in the centralized Community Center.
We are a nonprofit organization providing services, resources, and support for people with special needs and their families.
